ROADMAP: 
Finish creating custom hero buildings 
Complete custom 3D Model of car to swap in 
Rig car and simulate physics in UE while animating along spline constraint 
Add additional props - street lamps, trash cans, parked cars, scatter, decals etc. 
Implement Crowd system for sidewalks 
Add moving/idling traffic
Add Keep-alive for the beginning of the shot where we are aimed towards the sky 

Above is a WIP update showing my recreation of a street in downtown Detroit. Rendered in Lumen for this version, but it's dialed for path tracer as well.
